October 5 - 8, 2021, Armenian and Russian partners got together to participate in hybrid coordination meeting of partners in for the Erasmus + project “Support for Innovative Methodology, Approaches and Tools for Teaching through the Medium of English in order to improve Educational Yield, Sustainability and Internationalization” (SMARTI, 617489-EPP-1-2020-1-DE-EPPKA2-CBHE-JP).
The event was held in a hybrid format. The first day took part in Yerevan, where Russian Register visited the office of the National Center for Professional Education Quality Assurance Foundation. Both Russian Register and National Center for Professional Education Quality Assurance Foundation are responsible for the quality assurance of the project results. Director of the Agency, member of the Board of Directors of the European Association for Quality Assurance in Higher Education (ENQA) Dr. Ruben Topchyan greeted the guests. During this meeting, the staff of the Agency, representatives of European universities and the Certification Association “Russian Register” discussed methodological issues of quality assurance and finalized the draft of the action plan for the operation of the project. On behalf of the Russian Register, the meeting was attended by Alexandra Zvezdova, Head of the Department for Assessing the Quality of Education.
At the second stage of the coordination meeting in Goris, the project partners were hosted by the Goris State University. For three days, the results of field and desk research, financial reporting issues and dissemination strategy were discussed. Among other things, training was provided for the partners responsible for the dissemination.
